EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE 

Educated at Otago University, training in finance and marketing, Alistair has held senior management positions through his career across a number of industry sectors.

Alistair has significant local and international experience in manufacturing, marketing, service, and infrastructure businesses. He has a record of market and profit growth, and is an effective communicator at all levels of an organisation.

Since 1989 he has held Chief Executive or General Manager positions in significant New Zealand companies. He has travelled extensively doing business in many parts of the world, particularly North America, Asia, Europe, United Kingdom and Australia.

 

COMMUNITY 

Alistair plays an active part in the community. He was President of his Rotary Club  and has held Director roles over a number of years. He has been Chair of the Rotary Club Trust since its inception in 2008.

 

 

INTERESTS

Alistair's interests include cycling, fishing, boating, travel and wine.

Alistair and his wife Carol have a grown up son and daughter, both of whom are developing successful careers.
